We are building a new Flow trail in Snowden!!!!
HUGE NEWS!!!! The River City Cycle club trail committee and the CR Rotary are teaming up to jointly fund a new trail in Snowden. This will be a primarily machine built intermediate trail that will start at roughly the Pretzel Logic start area and will come out onto Lost Lake in roughly the area of the Sam Hain start. Thank you to RSTBC for your support as well!!!!
Nov 22 Trail Day and Rotary Rock and Roll trail completion day!!!
All insured members are encouraged to come out to Snowden to help final polishing of the new machine built Snowden flow Trail named Rotary Rock and Roll!!! Thank you so much to CR Rotary for helping fund this trail. Meet 9:45am in the Lost lake Parking lot. Trail day will go to approx. 2pm. Rumour has it there may be post work Beachfire refreshments!!!
Upcoming Trail Days
Please come out to our next trails days- March 29, 2020 we will be working on the XC Race course loop to get it prepped for the race coming up in April. Our April Trail day will be on April 26. Please Please come out and help give some love to the trails. More info on our FB site but for March 29 we will meet at the Lost Lake parking Lot at 10am and work from Approx 10 until 2pm then relax with a beverage and slice of pizza.
Island Cup XC Race is April 19, 2020 in Snowden

Christmas Light Bike Ride Dec 18
Put some lights on your bike and meet us at Frank James park at 6pm to tour the Sea Walk for our annual bike parade. Hot chocolate at Tim’s in Willow Point after the tour. Some adults may head off to a pub after the ride.
Youth Rides with Martha
Martha will be putting together some youth rides for kids roughly 12-16 years in age. These rides are for kids who are already out there riding and have a quality bike that can handle Snowden and Cumberland trails. There is a limit to the number of riders per ride and all kids must be insured members of the RCCC. More details to follow. Contact Martha at vice-president@rivercitycyle.ca
